Do you accept insurance?
We are credentialed with Traditional Medicare and can bill through insurance for Medicare patients. We are in the process of enrolling with other major insurance providers, please call or email for additional info. We also work with patients who are out-of-network through cash-based therapy packages.
Do I need a Doctor's referral?
You do not need a referral from your doctor to get started, but we will assist in reaching out to your provider so that they can review and sign off on your plan of care if insurance deems this necessary.
What to expect during your session
During your first session we will complete a comprehensive evaluation and discuss your goals for physical therapy, from there we will establish our plan of care and initiate treatment. Our philosophy is focused on movement as medicine with patients taking on an active role in their treatment, however we also incorporate manual therapy and modalities as indicated.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We understand that life happens and there may be times you cannot commit to your scheduled therapy session. We ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee. First cancellations will be exempt from a cancellation fee.
