Meet The Team

Megan was born and raised in the Des Moines Metro, she grew up participating in gymnastics and cheerleading which exposed her to the world of physical therapy. Megan attended the University of Iowa to receive her Bachelor's Degree in Human Physiology where she was also able to continue her education and earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading a new book, traveling, and cheering on the Hawks!

Ciera grew up in the Des Moines area where she participated in gymnastics throughout high school. She was exposed to the profession of physical therapy in high school which led to her pursue her Bachelor's of Science in Human Physiology and then her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Iowa. Ciera is also board certified as a Geriatric Clinical Specialist.

In her free time Ciera enjoys spending time with her dog, Vegas, maintaining an active lifestyle, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
